An innovative, experiential approach to counselling and therapy in a relaxed, natural setting.

Sue has been working with at risk clients since she commenced working in Western Sydney as a Secondary Teacher. She has worked as a Psychologist in the public, private and NGO sectors supporting clients with a multitude of mental health presentations including mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, PTSD, stress and emotional dysregulation.

Combining two of her passions, Sue soon discovered the therapeutic benefits of partnering with horses in the therapy setting. She has undertaken additional training and is an accredited Equine Assisted Psychotherapist with the Equine Psychotherapy Institute of Australia.

Valley Psychology offers ethical, creative, client-centred services supporting clients to have choice and freedom to live the life they choose. We are dedicated to providing contemporary, relevant, trauma sensitive approaches for the individuals, families and small groups with whom we work.

As a Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Sue is bound by the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics. Stringent guidelines relating to confidentiality, informed consent, privacy and practice are strictly adhered to at all times.
